FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • WILL I ACTUALLY BE LOCKED INSIDE OF A ROOM?
    NO you are never at any time locked in any of the rooms. If you need to leave the room at any time you may however the clock continues to count down. So make sure you arrive about 15 minutes before your scheduled booking so you can take care of those last minute calls, texts and trips to the restroom.
  • HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
    The price is $27.00 per guest with special consideration for Large groups, Team Building Events, Planned parties and entire room bookings.
  • WILL I BE IN A ROOM WITH PEOPLE I DON’T KNOW?
    Yes, unless you were to book the entire room. Up to 8 players may book the same time slot for the same room. Being placed in a game with new friends is an excellent way to test your team building skills and the more brain power the better when it comes to reaching your end game!
  • IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT?
    We recommend that anyone under the age of 15 be accompanied by their responsible adult. If visiting with little ones under the age of 11 we recommend booking the entire room with friends and family so everyone has fun. Please feel free to contact us with special needs.
  • ARE THE ROOMS SCARY?
    Our rooms are heavily themed and very immersive so they may be considered a little scary to some, however unlike a haunted house there are no surprise scares or anyone placed in the room to scare you.
  • WHAT IF I'M LATE?
    Unfortunately these bookings are scheduled, so there are groups of players before you and after you. If you are late your time will come off the clock or if your party are the only participants in that time slot you may be able to join them once the game is in play. Sorry there are no refunds as this time was reserved for you.
  • WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL?
    We accept cancellations up to 48 hours before your start time. There are no refunds for any reason but you can, of course, re-book your time slot for a later date as long as you contact us within the 48 hour cancellation period. Cancellations/re-bookings must be made in advance,and not the same day as your booking.
  • ANY ADDITIONAL RULES?
    We please ask that you Do Not use any cell phones, cameras, or video recording devices. We will be happy to take photos after your game for all of your social media needs!
